Michael joined LMS Associates
in June 2007, to further develop
business in East Texas, the Dallas-Fort
Worth Metroplex, and specific
locations in West Texas.
Bringing with him a lifetime
of experience in the foodservice
industry, Michael has extensive
knowledge of both sides of the
industry. While growing up, he
helped his parents with the restaurant
they owned and managed.

Supply in both inside, and outside

Holly has worked in the Food
Service Industry since 1983,
and comes to LMS with 25-years
of outside sales experience.
She began her career with Central
Power and Light as their Food
Service Consultant; subsequent
work includes Outside Sales Representative
for Miller & Associates,
Hobart, E-Source and EPI. Holly
has covered several different
markets in Texas for each organization.
Listed in the First Edition
of Notable Women of Texas (as
Holly Staten), Holly was the
first Rep to receive the Rep
of the Year award from ABC Hotel
(which is now Lone Star Restaurant
Supply).

Ben has over 19-years in the
Food Service Industry: nine-years
in restaurant operations including
QSR and full serve, 10-years
as an independent representative,
and one-year with a full service
dealer.
With extensive knowledge in
dealing with consultants and
school districts in writing specifications,
as well as working with dealers
during the actual bid process,
Ben is a valuable asset to LMS.
He also has detailed knowledge
with smallwares.

Paul's foodservice background
is extensive, beginning as a
dishwasher and working his way
to general manager. He later
owned two restaurants of his
own in the San Antonio area.
For the first 2-1/2 years of
the
Iraqi Freedom Campaign, Paul
worked feeding the troops at
several bases through-out the
country.
Recently
Paul spent four-years with National
Restaurant Supply working outside
sales in the North and South
Texas regions. His focus was
on the institutional, hospitality,
and school markets.

Vickie first started in the
foodservice industry working
for Braum’s as a regional manager.
Her job duties included managing
all of the stores in her territory
as well as opening up new locations.
She also worked for Texas Restaurant
Equipment Exchange for a period
of time as a outside sales person.
Prior to LMS, Vickie spent
four-years with National Restaurant
Supply working outside sales
in the West Texas and Oklahoma
regions focusing mainly on institutional,
hospitality, and school markets.

Tommy
was introduced to the foodservice
market by his father at an early
age. His
first position in the
industry was as a Representative
for a competing representative
group back in 2006.
He graduated
from Sam Houston State University
with a B.B.A. in Marketing.
Tommy
started with LMS in 2010, and
has been key to maintaining and
developing new accounts in the
Houston market.

Kim, with over 10 years experience,
manages inside sales and customer
service operations. Committed
to achieving high-quality customer
satisfaction, clients report
she goes the extra mile to fulfill
their special requests.
Having worked in computer software
training, it was natural for
her to utilize AutoQuotes software
for generating quick-turnaround,
personal quotations.
She is recognized as highly
knowledgeable about the many
products available from LMS manufacturers,
and studies the food service
industry to identify emerging
trends.
Kim also has a Bachelor's Degree

Brad is a multi tasked person
who manages LMS’s computer systems
and network, along with repairing
restaurant equipment for Univex,
ATS, Sims and other various lines.
He has a BA in Computer Science
from University of North Texas,
and an Associates Degree in Electronic
Engineering from ITT.
In addition to solving technical
computer issues, Brad has extensive
experience repairing complex
